This Week's Perinatal Classes
Join MAYA’s online classes to learn the essentials of birth and parenting a new baby - and taking care of the most important person: you. Our mentors teach a range of classes that make sure that you have the knowledge and confidence you need. The classes we offer vary from week to week, including topics such as health pregnancy, childbirth preparation, newborn care, breastfeeding, babywearing, postpartum mental health, and more. Classes in English are grouped by trimester (including the "fourth trimester" or postpartum period); hence "T3" refers to the third trimester in the class list. Spanish classes are grouped into prenatal, 0-6 months postpartum, and 6-12 months postpartum.
